1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the personal nature of our oral hygiene products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Any product that has been opened or used.

Pre-order or limited-edition items once shipped.

Gift cards or promotional items.

Products purchased through third-party sellers (such as Amazon).
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund depending on the situation.
We reserve the right to inspect and verify claims before approving a replacement or refund.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for your eligible product and place a new order.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Pre-orders can be canceled anytime before shipment, but once fulfilled, they follow the same return policy as regular orders.

To return an eligible product:

Please package your item securely to prevent damage during return transit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
